No matter what the requirement, from a simple part number cross reference to around the clock on-site product support, CCG has the resources and dedication to resolve your problem. The ISO 9001:2008 stringent requirements are just one of many on-going assurances we strive to meet and exceed to constantly improve service to our customers, and a reputation for quality recognized throughout the world, as well as being a gold and silver rated Boeing supplier.
To meet customer shipping requirements, CCG uses the most advanced packaging, barcoding, and labeling equipment available, to ensure optimum accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. Our shipping department personnel are on-call (24) hours per day, (7) days per week in order to support customer emergency, and AOG requirements. Most RFQ have a 24-48 hour turnaround and most AOG shipments are made within (4) hours of receipt of order.
